This Weird Dream

I was at work

but not working

the usual, just waiting.

My smoking buddy guys

they were there, looking young.

Without beards.

But we were not smoking

we were just being.

Someone ate something

gross

And I threw up.

I´ve never thrown up in a dream before

My mouth felt

like when at 14

your braces are tightened

and those rubber bands

wont let you open your mouth.

Walking back and forth

from set to set

I stick my hand in my mouth

and break off the braces from my molars

My lighting techs look impressed

My mouth still feels tight.

I slept almost 12 hours last night

I think I had a final revelation.

Today IS the first day of the rest of my life
